Our Team
Lindsey Fultz, MS, LPC, TF-CBT
Hi, I’m Lindsey Fultz, owner and therapist at Riverbase Counseling.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Arkansas and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arkansas. I am also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and have more than 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of mental health settings.
My professional background includes inpatient psychiatric care, residential treatment programs, outpatient mental health services, clinic management, suicide risk assessment and intervention, and Mental Health First Aid. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how mental health challenges can affect every part of a person’s life—and how meaningful support at the right time can change the course of someone’s future.
That belief is what fuels my passion for early intervention.
I created Riverbase Counseling with a vision of making quality mental health care more accessible, especially for students and families in rural Arkansas. Through our school-based counseling program, I have the privilege of meeting students where they are each day, helping them develop healthy coping skills before life’s challenges become overwhelming. I also provide telehealth counseling for adults and families throughout Arkansas, making it easier to receive support without the barriers of travel or busy schedules.
My approach to therapy is genuine, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe counseling shouldn’t feel intimidating—it should feel like a safe place where you can be yourself. Whether that means laughing, crying, celebrating progress, or working through difficult moments together, I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable, understood, and respected.
Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, acceptance and accountability strategies, and practical problem-solving techniques, I work alongside clients to identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal isn’t just to help you get through today—it’s to help you build the confidence and skills to navigate whatever lies around the bend tomorrow.
No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
If you’re looking for compassionate, practical support for yourself, your child, or your family, I’d love the opportunity to connect with you.
